Video Title: Ke Ō Mau Ke Kula ʻo Pūnana Leo o Molokaʻi

On Molokaʻi, we are the only Hawaiian language preschool. Yet, despite the interest of our families, tuition cost is high and competitive State-wide tuition assistance programs make it more challenging to get enough assistance, which leaves our families paying a large portion of the tuition out of pocket. Aware of this issue, the Board of the Hui Mākua Pūnana Leo o Molokaʻi, created and implemented an In-house Tuition Assistance Program of its own this year. As this school yearʻs president of the Hui Mākua Pūnana Leo o Molokaʻi, I created this video for the Ananda Fund Hawaiʻi in hopes to generate funds for our Tuition Assistance Program while we work on other ways to keep this program sustainable.
