Thank you to everyone who submitted a video for our contest. Each entry is unique.  All videos have been posted on Ananda Fund Hawaii's website for you to preview. Stay tuned for the official launch of our online voting. We will post instructions on our Facebook page and blog with a link that you can send to your supporters, family, and colleagues. Voting starts early January 2014 and will remain open for two weeks. Happy New Year!

Aloha, If your nonprofit wants to enter our video competition but does not have access to a recording device, 'Olelo Community Media may be able to help you. If you know someone who has a certificate and has been trained by 'Olelo, you may be able to go to one of their media center locations and record your video. Or if you don't know anyone with a certificate in video production from 'Olelo and you need help filming you may want to ask if there is an 'Olelo Community Volunteer who would be willing to help you record your 3 minute video. Aloha! Ananda Fund Hawaii was founded in 2013. We are a donor advised fund of Hawaii Community Foundation. We wanted to do something creative that would allow us to discover local nonprofits. So we decided to launch our fund by offering a grant competition. If you work at the community level, we hope you'll consider entering the contest.
